I'll share before and after pics at the end of the 21 days although i'm not expecting to see any kind of drastic change. As i mentioned before, it's a lifestyle not a sprint.
I've been working out for about the last 10 days, since shortly after the kettlebells arrived in the mail. I wanted to come into this challenge with a tiny bit of fitness and not completely cold. Injuring yourself is a surefire way to halt progress.
It's a strength training day. The workout:
Similar to these One-Arm Kettlebell Swings, except that i alternated arms at the top of the move.
Swing with the left, swing with the right = 1 rep.
4 sets of 12. 35 pounds. One minute rest in between sets. Total time, not including loosening up was 6 minutes.

As you can see, i kept the reps high and the rest time low so that i'll get a cardio benefit as well. When you see the "before" pics you'll realize how badly i need to burn fat.
