Here i was before my previous challenge of Physical Fitness (29 OCT 2012)
At the conclusion of the fitness challenge (21 NOV 2012)
I once again donned my red shorts and here i am two days after the conclusion of the Food Journal challenge (18 DEC 2012)
Notice any changes? Over the course of the challenge i lost 9 pounds and weigh 175. Not too bad for just 21 days. Two months ago, before the physical fitness challenge, i weighed closer to 190.
Granted, if i revert to doing the same unhealthy things i was doing the weight will come back easily. That, however, is not the plan. Minimally, if i stick to the protein shake upon rising, the challenge will have been worthwhile.
It's amazing what some focus and a couple of weeks will do. In 21 days, will you be closer to reaching your ultimate goals?
