I woke at 8:45. Here's what i ate and drank:
8:55 am - protein shake
1:45 pm - leftover chopped steak mixed with eggs and hot sauce. Multi and fish oil
5:20 pm - 15 peanut butter M&M's
6:45 pm - pork tenderloin, potatoes, carrots, celery
6:55 pm - 4t peanut butter (dessert)
Before bed - ZMA
I only drank water today, about 75 oz.
Shouldn't have eaten the M&Ms and a well-timed snack would've prevented it. Won't look back though. Week 3 of 3 begins tomorrow.
