Beginning of the third and final week of the challenge. Hopped on the scale this morning and i appeared to weigh just under 180 pounds. Progress is being made. I woke up at 7:20. Here's what i ate and drank today:
7:25 am - protein shake
1:10 pm - protein shake
7:25 pm - salad with chicken breast, onion, parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing. multi and fish oil.

Coffee: 24 oz
I know, i know, didn't eat nearly enough food today! I simply didn't have the appetite and since i'm not going to be a professional bodybuilder anytime soon, i'm not going to force feed. Still not good about packing snacks or prepping meals ahead of time.
