Today i woke up at 7:25. Here's my consumption for the day:
7:40 am - protein shake
1:00 pm - protein shake
7:30 pm - flat iron steak and potatoes. multi and fish oil.
Before bed - ZMA
I drank:
Water: 72 oz
Coffee: 28 oz
Looks like i forgot how to eat... Still a few more days left to get myself back on track. I could be (and was) much more unhealthy than i'm currently being. I do miss my nightly craft brew, though.
