7:20 pm - ground beef, potatoes, and onion with hot sauce and ketchup.
8:20 pm - some t's peanut butter
I drank:
Water: 60 oz (don't forget the water in the protein shakes)
Coffee: 12 oz
In hindsight i probably should've used less ketchup and added some mustard. I'm still not eating enough vegetables; not eating enough food in general.
