8:10 am - protein shake
1:15 pm - chocolate covered peanuts (about half the bag or more)
2:20 pm - bacon and jalapeno calzone
7:30 pm - roll, salad with ginger sesame dressing, blackened shrimp and fried oysters with tartar sauce, mixed veggies
Before bed - remaining chocolate covered peanuts
I drank:
Water: 48 oz
Egg nog: 32 oz (1520 calories!)
Beer: 36 oz
Soda: 30 oz
