11:10 am - 6 eggs scrambled w/ salt, pepper, and ketchup. Multi & fish oil.
2:30 pm - chicken breast dipped in ranch dressing
4:00 pm - 2 squares dark chocolate
7:15 pm - pork tenderloin, carrots, onions, and potatoes

I find that it's much harder to stick to my diet on the weekends. During the week i can get into the routine of having to go to work and then coming home cooking and basically getting ready to repeat the next day...
