I got a new camera but i still got the red shorts! I'm also about 25 pounds lighter this year. If i could recommend one change, i would tell you to consume between 15 - 30 grams of protein as quickly as possible upon waking. When i wake up, i usually take a shower and then drink a protein shake immediately following. You want to consume the protein within 30 minutes of waking, as outlined in the Four Hour Body.
Although i've come a long way, i still have plenty of room to improve. Maybe in next year's photos i'll be sporting a six pack!
