8:45 - 5:15 - work with two snacks and lunch in between
5:15 - 6:05 - commute, listened to NPR
6:05 - 6:15 - unwind
6:15 - 6:45 - exercise
6:45 - 7:05 - walked the dog
7:05 - 7:30 - dinner
7:30 - 7:45 - prepped recyclables
7:45 - 8:05 - sat with g/f as she ate her dinner
8:05 - 8:15 - mailed tax return
8:15 - 8:40 - read
8:40 - 8:55 - meditation
8:55 - 9:05 - browsed Buddhist chants on Google Play
9:05 - 9:15 - snack
9:15 - 9:20 - prepped for bed
