I'm pretty happy with how the routine thing has gone so far. The weekend will be the real test and i don't have work to structure my life around. Here's how i spent my Friday:
6:25 - 6:35 - wake, protein shake, pee, read through mail
6:35 - 6:40 - meditate (was feeling pressed for time and couldn't concentrate)
6:40 - 6:55 - blog
6:55 - 7:20 - shit, shower, shave, get dressed
7:20 - 7:35 - breakfast (it's generally 3 eggs w/ cheese and ketchup, as it was today)
7:35 - 7:50 - get ready for work
7:50 - 8:40 - commute (listened to the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast)
8:40 - 5:00 - work, breaks to eat at 11, 1:30, and 4:30
5:00 - 5:55 - commute (talked on the phone)
5:55 - 6:20 - unwind (watched some baseball, phone call)
6:20 - 6:35 - exercise - cardio on a treadmill
6:35 - 6:40 - Facebook
6:40 - 7:05 - dinner
7:05 - 7:15 - cracked a beer and watched some of the Indians home opener
7:15 - 7:20 - phone call
7:20 - 7:30 - play with the puppy
7:30 - 8:25 - Facebook, i run a couple pages and help manage a few more
8:25 - 8:35 - bed prep (pee and brush teeth) took dog out
8:35 - 8:55 - meditate
8:55 - 9:15 - snack
9:15 - 10:35 - a little reading, a little more television
10:35 - lights out
